Product Release: Access Customer Details via Online Login

When we built this new feature into our affordability module, we focused on making our existing products even more efficient for clients.

With this update, you can now extract personal information through a customer’s online banking login journey. After a successful login, Gathr pulls personal details exactly as they appear on the customer’s banking profile, ensuring you’re working with the most up-to-date and accurate information available.

No more relying on outdated user profiles or asking customers to manually enter information. You can now pre-populate or verify customer data automatically, helping you improve onboarding, run accurate affordability and KYC checks, and streamline your customer workflows with confidence.

  • Customers complete an Online Login session using Gathr’s Consumer Affordability module.
  • Once the login is complete, verified personal details are pulled directly from the customer’s bank profile.
  • You receive a webhook notifying you that the personal information is ready to collect.
  • Retrieve the customer’s verified details and seamlessly integrate them into your onboarding, affordability, or customer engagement processes.
